With the mutual fund industry witnessing a 6x growth in AUM, Axis AMC embarked on a cloud-first transformation to ensure scalability, high availability, and robust data platforms. By migrating its data warehouse to Amazon Redshift and adopting Zero-ETL, Axis AMC significantly accelerated data processing—reducing ETL timelines to nearly one-fifth—while laying the foundation for advanced analytics and personalized customer experiences.

Axis AMC has also been at the forefront of resilience and compliance, becoming one of the first AMCs to go live with cloud-to-cloud Disaster Recovery across AWS regions, to ensure uninterrupted availability of digital assets. Strong governance, data sovereignty, and security are enforced through AWS IAM, KMS, CASB, and a comprehensive control framework designed specifically for cloud environments.

Looking ahead, Axis AMC is actively exploring AI Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC), Generative AI, and Agentic AI use cases—ranging from developer productivity to intelligent contact center experiences—while maintaining strict access controls and financial discipline through FinOps.
